I wish I have more time to eat at Byblos since the food is Excellent and the staff are so helpful and friendly that it is not surprising that they seem to become friends with their customers even at the first visit because it is more like them receiving you in their home than in a restaurant. Although I am a Westerner, I am a priest in the Antiochian Orthodox Church here in Belfast and therefore receive many visitors from Lebanon and Syria as well as from all over the rest of the world. I have always received the best of reports from all the people that I referred there and have especially had good reports from people from Lebanon. I highly recommend Byblos. Fr Irenaeus

Byblos restaurant is proud to celebrate 5 yrs in Belfast this month. We are a family run business and take great care in the produce and service we give our customers. We are fortunate to have many loyal customers who have learned about us from friends who have enjoyed the lebanese cuisine offered. All our meat is of the highest quality, and sourced from a local butcher who has supplied us since we opened. All our meals are cooked freshly to order. I recall you visiting the restaurant, as it is extremely rare for anyone to complain. From what you told me, I understand that you Kurdish and not Lebanese. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy the food.

I would recommend this for a change from the usual. If you like it simple and tasty and compeditively priced go for it. Everything is cooked in house including the deserts which were delicious!

I'm from Lebanon and very embarressed about the poor quality of this restaurant. This is not GENUINE lenanese food, I've tried many middle east restaurants but this was very BAD.The chicken Tauk & Lamb Tauk was very bad taste & quality, I was very disappointed and would NOT reccomend this restaurant to anyone.

They have the lamb meat you can get in all kebab shops but I always get the platter for two. You each get flat bread and hummus. You get a big plate of half chicken and half beef and a bowl of garlic sauce and a bowl of chili sauce which you pour over. Good eating.

I went to Belfast last weekend and couldn't wait to try this restaurant out, I was not disappointed the food was excellent and the service the same I had not tried Lebanese food before, if anything to add in a negative point was that they don't have sauce, i like the yogurt so that was fine but my husband doesn't, still it was very reasonable priced and very good. would certainly go back

Beautiful Lebanese cuisine and very nice environment, byob and little off-licence just across the street. we booked a table for a leaving party and was very nice and good pleasant service.

Great Lebanese Cuisine, very reasonably priced. A modern and clean restaurant with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Very highly recommended. Definitely going back soon.
