Hi, I ate here today and it was imperative that I let fellow brummies know about this hidden culinary gem in the heart of Birminghams jewellery quarter. We arrived to a warm welcome from the waitress Kim who led us to our table. The restauraunt is well appointed, and leans towards the quaint and my partner and I were instantly at ease. We were well informed of the menu choices and were encouraged to try "saturday soup"which was a revelation! Ive eaten some amazing things in my time, crayfish that has been caught from waters 50 feet from the restaurant but I was genuinely blown away by the ingredients (some of which Ive never heard of) but mostly by how tantalisingly and utterly tasty the food was. The relatively understated nature of the decor, and location, makes this a place that should becone a known venue for the area where the surroundings are condusive to a relaxed luncheon. Prices were more than reasonable, and would have been happy to pay more! Utterly charming, will be returning again and again. Keep up the good work. Awesome!
