very disorganised!!

This was the first time I had been in here and it will be the last. It wasn't very clean. Food on the floor and floor was wet by drinks machines!! There was an issue with items not been available and many people walking out!! The staff were very disorganised I couldn't believe it. No one seem to know what others were doing. I waited quite a while and it was not busy

Well what can I say. Healthiest option on the menu not available and no alternative offered, had to wait ages even though it was not busy and burgers were left out on tray while the one assistant cooked chips which meant the burgers were not hot when we came to eat them also wrong drinks given and no napkins. First and last time eating here!

Never order to "takeaway" fromREDDITCH Burger King !Mine and my sons burgers were PINKDidn't even notice till I bit my gerking Which was halfway eaten and binned it.We never eat out and it was a one off treatIf we're ill I'll be going to the Redditch Papers warming others !! Am extremely unhappy
