I am furious! I hadn't eaten all day due to being ill, but found myself hungry and not wanting to cook at 1am, that's when I found Khan's on JustEat. I ordered 4 things, burger and chips, onion rings and onion bhajis. I took a bite out of the onion rings and realised they were cold so I called the manager and complained he refused to listen and hung up on me. I continued eating to find that the only hot food was the burger, which I ate slowly as I'm ill, I then called the manager and complained about it being cold. I asked for a refund and offered to give him the cold food as evidence that it was left uneaten! He started yelling at me, cursing and said he did me a favour delivering to my area! Not once did I ask for a favour! I ordered off JustEat! I am shocked at the fact that the manager of all people would argue with a customer!
What happened to "The customer is always right"!?
I am hungry, angry and lost out on £8.80, may not seem like a lot but when you're living on your own and just wanted a treat it is!
