Khans is amazing value for money. Khan is the hardest working bloke in know in Liverpool. I like his takeaway so much I set up a Facebook likey page - please like good food, Amazing Pizza - Perfect for after a visit to Willowbank, Brookhouse or Kelly's!

I am furious! I hadn't eaten all day due to being ill, but found myself hungry and not wanting to cook at 1am, that's when I found Khan's on JustEat. I ordered 4 things, burger and chips, onion rings and onion bhajis. I took a bite out of the onion rings and realised they were cold so I called the manager and complained he refused to listen and hung up on me. I continued eating to find that the only hot food was the burger, which I ate slowly as I'm ill, I then called the manager and complained about it being cold. I asked for a refund and offered to give him the cold food as evidence that it was left uneaten! He started yelling at me, cursing and said he did me a favour delivering to my area! Not once did I ask for a favour! I ordered off JustEat! I am shocked at the fact that the manager of all people would argue with a customer! What happened to "The customer is always right"!? I am hungry, angry and lost out on £8.80, may not seem like a lot but when you're living on your own and just wanted a treat it is! (If I could star rate this as 0 stars I would)

I order from this take away regularly and have not had any problems. The food is tasty and well prepared. The delivery person is always polite. The phone order service i find is well run, they store your number and address so you don't have to keep giving them your address each time you order. I recommend Khans.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Received my portion of poppadoms in the form of half a broken poppadom at the the bottom of a carrier bag also containg a can of cherry coke rather than the 7up which was ordered. Recieved a portion of spring rolls instead of onion bhajis. Watery curry and a cold pizza base for a garlic naan were also received. On ringing the take away to offer them a chance to fix their mistakes I was accused of being 'picky' aswell as receiving a torrent of swear words and abuse. The manager point blank refused to refund or even correct the order!! I was left shaken, £15 out of pocket and hungry.

Do not honour the prices on their menu. We ordered via justeat. Co. Uk and Khan's phoned back and said we would have to pay extra to the delivery driver despite the prices quoted on their menu online. They claimed delivery, but we did not hear - doorbell working fine - and variously claimed to have been waiting 10, 15 & 30 mins. Upon calling back they refused redelivery and started swearing/hanging up. Redlivery refused and would not trust food from them if we were to go to outlet to pick up. Only gave one star as not able to select 'none'.£19.90 out of pocket with no redress. Avoid!

The order recieved did not resemble the order place. The "Pilau" rice was bland and tasteless and while eating my dish i wished i had just boiled my own.

The naan tasted like a pizza base and the curry tasted like a microwave meal. I regret to bring this to attention but i feel standard of the currys should be brought to attention.
