not really a review person, but came here the other night and thought I had better write one. Getting in was ok, but it fell off the cliff from there. rude staff with no manners, music was average at best and bouncers were all meatheads who are on a power trip, about the only thing that is decent is the drinks!

I visited here on Friday last week and found it pleasantly surprising, the exterior does not appear to have changed at all, but the interior is very different. Staff were friendly and had a good atmosphere, didn't get to eat unfortunately but will go again.

Not a pleasant experience as we didn't actually get into this place, 3 of us, well dressed, professionals who were turned away by the snobby door girl as it was apparently tables only. We stood outside for a bit pondering where to go next and were then told by the bouncer that if we paid £20 each we could go in?? Rip off. Went elsewhere.

The new décor, art work lighting and lay out of the place is amazing and has been really well thought out, the art work is very great Gatsby and gives an heir of something above the rest. Didn't manage to sample the food on our visit (28th March), but did with the drinks, cocktails were very nice. Staff seemed ok, bar staff in the basement were friendly and same on ground floor. Slight let downs are the woman manager wasn't very nice and certainly not friendly and the bouncers are very very rude and very chavy, come across as complete yobs when you enter and there is some power trip going on there. Overall its definitely worth a shot as its different and fun.
