Barbecoa information

Jamie Oliver opens a second branch of Barbecoa at Prince's House in Piccadilly. This site accommodates 250 guests over two floors and offers a unique all-day menu serving dishes that are based on fire-based cooking techniques. Like its sister venue Barbecoa St Paul's, the restaurant offers a comprehensive choice of steaks.

"Barbecoa Piccadilly by Jamie Oliver is located in a stunning grade II listed building on London’s Piccadilly. Formerly the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, originally built between 1881 and 1883, our restaurant is spread across two incredible floors. Known as the home of smoke and fire, Barbecoa is all about the best meat we can get our hands on. We love to celebrate traditional fire-based cooking, using grills and ovens from around the world, including the tandoor, the wood oven and the pit smoker. Barbecoa Piccadilly is the perfect all-day dining destination in the heart of London. Kick-start your day with an unforgettable breakfast of Barbecoa-style classics and gorgeous healthy options. Spend your lunch break at Barbecoa and enjoy our seasonally changing lunch set menu. With two courses for £24 or three for £27, it’s the perfect way to spend your lunch with friends or colleagues. Start your meal with Hot-spiced chicken wings or Evesham asparagus, then tuck into Barbecoa in a bun – the perfect way to sample some of our signature meat. Available from 11.30am–6.30pm, Monday–Friday. Sit back and relax after lunch with the show-stopping afternoon tea that’s served every day. With a selection of unique savouries, classic sandwiches and delicate desserts, it’s a real treat. Enjoy a delicious dinner from our main menu full of Barbecoa classics and ever-changing seasonal dishes as well as a section that’s dedicated to beautifully fresh seafood and shellfish. We go out of our way to source the best beef from UK farms – choosing cuts not breed. Try our Rump with sweet leeks, white beans & wild mushrooms or share our Chateaubriand for two – dished up with indulgent truffle butter. As the sun sets, the bar is open for some of the most amazing cocktails. Don’t forget that you can join us at Piccadilly every day from 5–8pm and choose from one of our five most popular cocktails for just £8, by our team of talented bartenders."

There wasn't a single part of this meal that wasn't amazing!

There wasn't a single part of this meal that wasn't amazing! I visited Barbecoa in Piccadilly last weekend and had the Sunday lunch menu. To start things off the nibbles before the meal were delicious - especially the devil's corn bread. My wife had the crispy chicken skin which was good but I preferred my choice. I had the pork loin and belly roast for main which was out of this world! To top the meal off, we were the first customers to try the latest dessert special which was one of the best puddings I have ever tasted! The venue and the staff matched the quality of the food and bearing in mind I went here expecting something special, it still absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful venue, great breakfast!

Beautiful venue with a mean breakfast (the hash brown is so good)! I will definitely be coming back to try the main dinner menu ASAP. The price is slightly higher than usual, but you would expect that for the location and the name, and for the quality AND quantity you get with the breakfast - it's definitely worth it! Highly recommended.
