Beaufort House Members Club reviews

We are very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us recently. We have not been made aware of any major service issues raised by customersat all over the last few months, and we are disappointed to read your review as we pride ourselves on excellent service. Did you speak to one of our managers? Are you able to advise whether you were in the members club or the ground floor cocktail bar? We would be happy to speak to you regarding this. If you would like to contact us please ask to speak to Heidi, Simon or Louis as this feedback is important to us, and we would like to be able to ensure pnly the best service isreceived in fut. Thank you so much.

Probably one of the worst venues I have ever visited. A shame but thankfully London has an amazing array of decent honest places so no need to revisit. The service has to have been the worst I have experienced anywhere.

What a shame. Beautiful place, great opening hours, nice bit of King's Rd but really let down by mediocre food and service. On a Thu evening not many people were dining which should have given my friend and me a clue. The waitress kept asking us every five minutes if we wanted something more so after a drink and some bar snack we made our exit. It seems that the place is trying too hard to get everyone that crosses the door to spent fifty pounds before they decide what they want to have which would be justified in Chelsea but in a more established institution with more suave service and relaxed atmosphere. This one seems to bank on the Chelsea wannabes more. On a previous occasion, Sat night as a cocktail bar it was better in service and atmosphere but the clientele seemed a bit chavy. With King's rd offering such great choice in atmosphere, kudos and prices this is very far from first choice. Oh and the ground floor isn't members only. They could take a leaf out of the Groucho Club's book for atmosphere and service if they want to justify their prices. But they seem too desperate for a quick buck to do this.

Had a fun night here last week, good atmosphere and great wine! Management was a little rude at closing time, we weren't hanging around, and it certainly wasn't long after the bar had shut.

I went to this bar last Friday night with a couple of friends & had a fabulous evening. The cocktail bar downstairs was buzzing, and the cocktails were fantastic. We moved up to the Private Members Club as one of my friends has membership & theres a late licence till 3am or so... Great vibe, good fun crowd, & perfect bar snacks. We didnt try the dining service but the menu looked good. Fun staff & good service. I'll be back next Friday.

This place is decidedly for the over 40's who don't like to go out. I used to frequent Beaufort House a couple of years ago and never failed to have a great time. The crowd was fun, the staff extremely good looking and above all enjoying themselves. I don't know quite what has gone wrong here but considering they also have a book reading club as a string in their bow it is no wonder that this is now practically an old people’s home. Oh well, at least a couple of young vibrant trendy bars have more recently surfaced in the shape of Marvel and I believe the previous owners of Kitts are starting a new venture too... Adios Kings Road and welcome back the 'Beach' at least Fulham Road is alive and kicking once again.

Really poor food and rubbish service. Might try it again in 3 months when the renovations have Finished and the staff have got their act Together. Shame as the look and feel of the restaurant Was great (apart from the cold air Conditioning that couldn't be controlled).
