The food at Benihana is great, the atmosphere is great, the staff are polite... the only bad thing is the price. For two people the bill came to £90! Students should avoid Benihana unless it's a special occasion, but those with money should come here! Really lovely, really enjoyed it, so worth a look!

I had the Wagyu and Lobster combo and it was without a doubt the best steak I have ever eaten.

Benihana is absolutely brilliant for a special occasion; our chef Marlon was so funny and the food was absolutely outstanding. I had the Wagyu and Lobster combo and it was without a doubt the best steak I have ever eaten. All of the staff really helped make the birthday meal a special evening; very highly recommended!

Benihana do the best Japanese food. Fresh veggies, fish, onion soup - it's all superb. And the chefs like to entertain everyone with their sword skills - which is good if conversation with your other half is dwindling. I must come to Benihana most weeks I love it so much.

A tasty meal out in London!!

Lovely food, had a great time!

It wasnt very busy which was a good thing so service was really quick and fast!

Been there after a couple of years blank, they refreshed the décor and better. Had a Wagyu menu from Japan (don't know the difference between this and other Wagyu) but looks much better marbled and tender. Chef was entertaining (well tricks are same as before) and atmosphere was very lively. Bit on a pricy side but worth it

great freshly cooked food...will b back very soon. The salmon was my fave, followed by the chicken...both grilled to perfection.

Managed to get an 8 course set meal for £18pp. Entertainment value of the night depends on the exact chef but most seem very happy and friendly tellling you exactly what is cooking and whats going on. You can smell a bit obviously as you are sitting right next to where the food is being cooked but it is not that bad. A very good idea for meals with medium (7-10 people) party sizes

We hadn't been here in about 10 years so were really looking forward to a birthday treat.

Yet again we got the boring chef that did no show at all... it is kinda what you pay all that money for really.

On the other hand the food was excellent, the boy could cook... the scallops were to die for!

They did eventually remember it was my birthday and brought out a cake... after we had already had pudding (do they not know i'm dieting LOL) which was really yummy.

I LOVE BENIHANA!!!! Its such a fun and entertaining night out plus the food is amazing!!! You literally want to lick your plate afterwards! The table sits 8 so its really good to go with a few friends. When i went back in February they had a 7 course menu for £16.50 so it didnt work out that expensive. I cannot tell you how good the food is here - you have to go to find out. And the chefs who cook it for you are so friendly and fun!! A great place to eat! GO GO GO!!!
