As I am unable to contact Bills directly via their website due to an application error on their part, I felt that readers should be aware of the poor quality service and the less than great quality of it's food. My family (4 in total) ordered 3 starters, none of which arricved together, with a timespan of 15 minutes from the first one arriving to the last one being served. Even being served with a starter that we had not even ordered. The final one one being fried squid. There was much batter and very little squid. Four main meals had been ordered, and a delay of over 20 minitue from the first order arriving until the fourth and final one, which waas fishcakes. Two side orders of green salad plus trimmings both came served in warm to hot bowls, which did nothing to enhance an already doomed eating experience. I had a ribeye steak which, sad to say was the worst steak I have eaten anywhere. This judgement based on the quality of the meat and the price. The serving staff were aware of the delays and we accepted a round of drinks for the inconvenience caused. However they continued right up to us paying the bill apologising and it got monotinous. A special family evening ruined by mediocre service and and disappointing food, certainly not value for money.
