It was a great place to meet up, have a drink and catch up with friends. I loved the decor and the simple, but comfy, solid tables and brightly coloured, orange chairs. Very chic.
Like the last reviewer said, the American waitress was very friendly, genuine and did a fantastic job looking after us all night, and boy were WE there for a long time!! We ended up helping them to close the place up!!
The food was nice enough too. My friends had the quesadillas (sp.?)with chicken and cheese and for dessert, the baked on the premises, rich choc brownies which they seemed to polish off, no problem and obviously thoroughly enjoy. My other friend had a main meal which I can't recall at the moment, but which she said was equally as good. For my meal, the burger bun was made from some amazing granary bread with an unusual salmon burger wedged between it - thought it was worth a try. From some where there was a slight mint flavour which I didn't really enjoy, but it didn't put me off my food. Lastly, the potatoe wedges were crisp and all well cooked and tasty.
Verdict: it's a lovely friendly place and worth a visit.
