A bit freaked out about the chickens texture although I was a little stained but apart from that, a pretty good sush sesh I think. Domo

Can't give it no stars, but if I could, I would. When ordering they said it would take 50 minutes, but it took an hour and a half - despite living just 5 minutes away. When it did arrive, the salmon teriyaki was over cooked, the vegetarian gyoza didn't taste great, the sushi was tasteless and the aubergine miso tasted of vinegar. Certainly won't be ordering from here again!

I hadn't ordered from them before. I placed the order online and was quoted 50 minutes, but my order arrived within half an hour, so that was a definite plus. However, two things were quite off-putting. The first was that it was lukewarm - we like our sushi dishes hot or cold, so lukewarm rice and salmon dishes were very unappetising. We ended up putting it in the fridge for a while to chill, which delayed our meal somewhat. But far more annoying than the food's temperature was that the prawn, salmon and cucumber rolls and nigiri all had a small dollop of wasabi on them. Wasabi is very strong, and we had to wipe it off every single one before they could be eaten. There was a wide range of items on the menu and the prices were fine, but the messing about before we could actually eat anything was really annoying. I would order from them again, but only if they paid attention to a request to leave the wasabi to the diner to add, as not everyone is going to like it, especially someone new to sushi.
