Appalling customer service, unfriendly staff
Appalling rude, argumentative and unfriendly staff who offer nothing but poor customer service. I was asked to leave due to just asking for a receipt, and even though I'd paid for it tge aggressively speaking member of the bar staff then refused to complete my food order. Prior to that he agressively thrust the card machine in my direction and impolitely suggested I would falsely accuse him of overcharging me, and he spoke fast to deny me of the chance to request a receipt as proof of purchase of my food order. He should have politely asked me to check the amount and then offered me a receipt. This would have prevented the argument that ensued as a result of his poor attitude. He had also thrown down a previous receipt for a drinks order on the bar - just because I paid with Apple Pay. When it comes to food orders, Apple Pay doesn't detail what one has bought, and so it should be a courtesy for at least food orders to offer both a card receipt and a till receipt.
