Ordered online from the restaurant website and followed the instructions to call the main number and confirm the order. All seemed straightforward. On phoning we were told delivery would be 35- 45 mins. one hour later when no delivery had arrived we were told that the website wasn't working so the order hadn't been processed. The same person who took the confirmation details and post code failed to relay this information and we were apparently supposed to "psychically know" this. We were offered another 40 minute wait for the order which we declined. Incompetence,with pathetic excuses from the same person who handled both calls resulting in such a cringeworthy level of customer service not often seen these days. Management needs to get their house in order.
