This is by far the worst cinema I have been to. Not only was the screen tiny (for some unknown reason they used the smallest screen to show Harry Potter, the No.1 film in the UK Box Office!?), but the seats are so low down that you can barely see over the person infront if you unless you are 6 feet tall.
When I thought it couldn't get any worse, they failed to turn the lights off when the film began. I had to therefore leave the screen to request for them to be turned off, only to return to my seat again and eventually realise, when the lights were never turned off, that they are obviously supposed to be left on. It's beyond me how anyone can enjoy a film when there are lights all around to distract you, especially if you're lucky enough to be sitting by the aisle where you will have a bright light shining into your face.
Needless to say this cinema ruined the film for me, and I shall have to go and see it elsewhere. At £11.80 a ticket, this was a pretty expensive mistake to make.
