Sagardi specialises in gastronomy from the Basque region where produce is flown in from San Sebastian.
The venue is split into two spaces: the pintxos bar, where you can find a great range of snacks, regional beers & wines and Basque cider.
The second area, the grill restaurant, features a central charcoal grill offering dishes such as fried txistorra sausage from Orio; almalabra red tuna from Barbate; and San Sebastian fresh grilled fish.
