If I could give this 'restaurant' a no star rating, I would. I ordered a chicken tikka Marsala which was unlike any other tikka masala I have ever seen or eaten. It was so spicy, only one mouthful left my mouth burning which I could handle if the flavours were actually nice. I phoned Taste Continental and explained that I couldn't eat the meal, to which they were absolutely brilliant - very polite and happily offered to send something else free of charge. I then received a chicken korma which I thought would be a safe bet. I was wrong. The sauce, well it was mostly oil, what wasn't oil was gritty, it was fairly flavourless and an extremely strange colour, but worst of all some of the chicken was pink!
My boyfriend then phoned them, not to complain or ask for a refund but to warn them that the chicken was not cooked properly which is what you should do as a customer in order to avoid another customer getting sick and was talked to in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner especially since he did not mention getting compensated in any way nor did he raise his voice or say anything in a provocative manner.
If you would like to enjoy a hassle free meal worth gaining a thousand calories for, do not order from Taste Continental.
