The Nightingale information

The Nightingale is a former butchers shop that has been turned into a stylish organic cafe. The breakfasts are varied and the lunch specials are always interesting: try char-grilled sword fish with artichoke hearts or asparagus and poached egg.

The Nightingale reviews

By Andrew M.

The food at The Nightingale is fabulous! I could eat there every weekend and never get bored. And it's all so beautifully prepared, without being pretentious. Love the lovely The Nightingale.

staff here are unbelievably rude. The scrambled eggs are consistently under cooked (salmonella) and its run by arrogant middle easterners so theres no bacon on the menu. They take a long time to serve you so if you dont need to be anywhere that day then fine. It is frequented by yuppy mummys with yuppy babies who scream alot. Avoid this place like the plague. I feel I must mention the staff here are so rude they dont deserve to still be in business.y rude staff.

Battle your way past screaming brats in their turbo-charged Ferrari push-chairs and their yummy-mummies, to pay exorbitant prices for indifferent food and tepid coffee - that's the Nightingale in a designer nutshell.
