It's an OK cinema. If you want a Rolls Royce then goto Imax. Don't agree with previous negative reviews... it's not The Ritz Hotel... 7/10 - Don't expect miracles.

noisy came out with a headache

went to see Sing in screen 9 very cold and very noisy from the film and half an hour of adverts. We were the only ones in there can't see the justification of opening just for so few people.

I honestly wouldn't even give this cinema a rating of 1. I would give it a big fat 0. This cinema really needs to work on customer service. The staff at the counters were horrible. I wanted to watch a 15 rated movie with my friends and 2 of my friends weren't allowed in because they didn't have any form of id apart from their oyster card. The oyster card expires in September 2015 which proves we are 15. You cannot only accept 16+ oysters for a 15 rated movie. I asked the woman what form of id a 15 year old should have an she said we could use a passport. Honestly, do you really think any sane parent would allow their child out of the house with a passport for it to get lost? The waiting time for serving was soo long as well. Grants needs to fix up or they will lose customers.

I would not come here again. I went last Saturday to see the dark knight. First of firstly, I waited 20 mins to be served (and there was only 2 pl in front of me). It then took them 10th to serve us, we only ordered 3 drinks. They overcharged us as they couldn't find me drink on the till menu so guessed. I left it thus as didn't want to wait. Overall I found the staff rude and obviously had no training. We then went to see the film and had to sit through 1 hour of adverts. The room was also freezing so we were made to sit in the freezing cold for over 3.5 hours. Never again will I go to a vue cinema
