I booked my tickets (full price) on line to watch the moonrise kingdom tonight. We went there early only discover that a metal bar was in front on our seats.
As we could see only 2/3 of the screen, I asked the person in charge at the ticket desk to change our seats. The screen number 4 was full booked, which is fair enough on a Saturday night, but what shocked me is the rudeness of the young boy at the desk. He pretended he didn't know about the "unlucky" seats (yeah sure!) and treated us like crap - like it was our fault.
I've got a refund, and I'll never ever go back to the Vue cinema in Islington.
the customer service is awful and they shouldn't cheat their customers.
if there is a metal bar in front of the seats, they must make it clear on their website and, at least, give a massive discount. paying 25£ to see 2/3 of a screen if a joke.
