Vue Cinema West End reviews

I honestly cannot understand why they charge £15 or more for a ticket here. Is it just because you're in Leicester Square? If you go to other VUEs the quality of service and the movies is exactly the same. Went with a friend because we actually had a free ticket to go to any VUE cinema we chose, so we decided what all the fuss was about and left very disappointed. If you're expecting some sort of added value to justify the price, you will leave very disappointed and bitter that you just spent £15 where you could have spent maybe £9 or less in Wood Green or any other of their screens.

Checked Film listing for sunday APR 25th and the film was listed at 20:35. Showed up early so we can pick up the tickets and they told us the show was at 19:45. It completely ruined the dinner plans. We thought we were wrong and checked the times again after we had seen the film and it was still listed at 20:35! Next time we'll have to call to verify the schedule accuracy!

The Warner Village West End is one of two multi-plex cinemas in the West End - the other being the UGC Trocadero. Of the two, the Warner Village has the edge, due to its better standards in seating and general upkeep.

There are nine screens in all, six of which are of a decent size and seat over 200 people. Sight-lines (how easy it is to see the screen if someone is directly in front of you) are good in each screen and the seating is comfortable, providing both ample leg-room and decent head support. The sound quality in each screen is also excellent.
