"WALTER AND MONTY, charcoal cooking, redefining the cookout. Rooted in supreme unshakeable quality and flavour, our fine meats have been on the tongues of consummate carnivores ever since the explosion of our street food success up and down the country. As for the food, from our street food background, we know only too well what are the crowd pleasers, and will make sure the menu is full of them! Expect a strong focus on meat and fish charcoal cooking with Eastern flavours. The lunch menu includes charcoal cooked beef picanha sourced from Smithfield and butterflied leg of lamb marinated in mint, garlic and lemon. You can have those wrapped in a flatbread or straight up with rice and salad. Dinner will bring you gastronomic grown up street food cooked by head chef Nick who had trained by Michelin great, Daniel Boulud. Our food will strum your primal soul strings and give your palate an electric reaction. In a world posing questions at the quality of meat eating, WALTER AND MONTY have all the right answers."
