Wawa reviews

I went at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant was only about 1/4 full. It took 35 minutes for them to make a bowl of ramen - which was probably the most disappointing I've ever had. It was a minuscule portion of overcooked noodles sat at the bottom of a bland soup mixture. Apparently there was a sliver of beef on the top so that they could legitimately call it 'beef ramen'. I was still starving afterwards so I went and got a bag of chips round the corner. Really really poor. I wont be going back.

Wiki wa, wiki wa, wiki wa wa west just like the Will Smith film this restaurant is fantastic, friendly staff and great food. It can be quiet on week days, but with more customers this restaurant would equal any on Bermondsey St, especially when it come to value for money. It could do with a home delivery option.

have visited Wawa a few times now, its a great local japanese restaurant. Sushi and sashimi are made to a high standard and with very fresh ingredients [melting salmon roll was particularly good]. Some other tasty sides too. Menu is small but growing, and the owners have responded to customer feedback. Nice sake, friendly staff, excellent value. needs a bit more of a buzz in the evenings but the interior is stylish and relaxed. Please support this great addition to the neighbourhood!
