This place is a fun night out, but not for the faint-hearted!
Music blaring, and a lively crowd into the wee hours of the morning, this place draws you in like any good showbar should. As you walk through the doors, it's like being on set of a staged 80s disco.
There's the gaggle of transsexuals propping up the bar, looking fabulous as they sup their G&T. There's the older gents, usually hovering in smaller groups if not alone. Great to see that they feel welcome. There's a couple of straight girls, there because it's the only place open at 3am on a Friday. There's the hot boys, just back from building wells in Africa. And there's the slightly chavvier crowd, Reeboks on and ready for a good night.
It's a motley crew, but I'll bet you everyone's smiling, drinking, dancing. And if you time it right, you might also get the DJ who likes to moon the crowd!
It's cheesy, kitsch and fun. Perfect for anyone who doesn't take themselves too seriously!
