Cross Keys Hotel reviews

Breathtaking views and wonderful rooms and the food was truly delicious. My Husband and I came here for our tenth wedding anniversary I would recommend this Hotel to all.

The Cross Keys went under new management in April 2014. The beer garden is clean and meals are available Friday and Saturday from 12 o'clock. Sunday lunches are available from 12 until 4. You really get your monies worth. A children's play area is planned. Opening times are Mon - Thur 4 pm to 11 pm. Friday and Saturday 12 until 11 pm and Sunday is 12 until 9 pm. Real ale is on offer along with Stella, Worthy, Guinness, Strongbow and Carling. Previous reviews are now out of date. The phone number is 07806856789 and there are two letting rooms refurbished to Premier Lodge quality.

Compared to other establishments in the area a big let down value for money wise, and the actual food served was not as good as the menu suggested it might be, will not be repeating the experience.

Recently re-opened and what a difference! Bright and clean. Excellent food all cooked on the premises. Homemade bread and desserts to die for. Friendly, welcoming staff. Would recommend to anyone. More of a restaurant/bar than a pub.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. Did you air your concerns to a member of staff at the time? I would like to offer you a free meal as a gesture of good will. Regards Si
